At this time, Returns/Exchanges are not permitted on orders.
Approval for Returns and/or Exchanges are only guaranteed when shopper is enrolled in our 'Grandeur Experience' Membership! (The customer must be an enrolled member prior to making a purchase for the item that they are requesting to return/exchange).
In the event that products are approved for return/exchange, the below information is subject to apply:
- Products MUST be returned in the condition it was first purchased (including tags & proper packaging). Orders will then be reviewed to determine eligibility status. Please allow at least 3-4 business days (after the 'Unofficial K' team has received the product) to be contacted regarding the status of your requested return.
- Customer have up to 36 hours after receiving the order, to contact 'Unofficial K' customer service with concerns regarding their purchase. After 36 hours of receiving the order (and failing to contact customer service), the order will no longer be eligible for Trade In, Exchange, Refund or Store Credit.
- When exchanging items, customers are only permitted to exchange for items that are in stock. Exchanging for 'preorder' items requires a $20 fee.
To avoid confusion, please do not return purchase(s) unless authorized to do so.
RETURN TO SENDER:
- If shipment is returned to sender for any reason, customer is responsible for paying full amount of reship fee. If customer declines to pay reship fee, the amount of the total order (minus initial shipping cost) will convert to store credit. Unfortunately, refunds/cancellations are not valid for the described occasion. Reship Fee: $10
- Unofficial K will cover reship fee if products are deemed damaged upon arrival. However, Unofficial K must be notified of damaged product(s) within 36 hours of receiving the order. (Please review store policy for full detail)
SHIPPING ON RETURNS:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for returned products (unless item arrives damaged). Upon return, customer must provide a tracking number.
- Along with your previous order number & name, the tracking number should be directly emailed to email@example.com (for your insurance & ours).
In special cases, If the customer receives a refund or qualifies for an exchange of product, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the initial order amount.
- Store Credit expires 60 calendar days after it is issued.
- Store Credit is not valid for the use of shipping cost.
