How long does processing take?

  • Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends & holidays) for processing. 
  • All Express Shipping orders takes 3-5 business days to process (NOT including weekends or holidays) THEN your order is shipped via the identified mail carrier.

How long does it take for 'preorder' products to ship?

    • Preorder products take 8-10 business days to process, Then orders are shipped. 
    • Estimated shipping time depends on the identified mail carrier. If you are interested in FASTER shipping than what is offered, please contact customer service PRIOR to placing an order to ensure requested service is available (price for shipping is based upon destination).

What is considered a business day?

  • Monday through Friday are considered 'business days'. 
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Calendar holidays are not considered 'business days'.
  • Unofficial K does not process or ship orders on any calendar holiday.

When will I receive my tracking information?

  • After an order is processed & as soon as items are accepted by the mail carrier, you will receive an email update regarding your order. Included in that email is the tracking # and identified mail carrier.

Am I able to make a purchase in person or over social media?

  • All purchases MUST be placed online only @ www.realunofficialk.com
  • Unofficial K will never contact you via DM or Email to make a purchase separate from the website. 

How often does products restock?

  • products sold by Unofficial K will restock based upon demand/request unless product is an "Unofficial K branded" item (Unofficial K branded products will remain available).

Are Unofficial K products refundable?

  • All products are non-refundable!
  • All products do not qualify for exchange, return, or refund. 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
