Upon our store policy, we assure you that Unofficial K admin thoroughly inspect all products during processing to avoid the shipping of defective products to our valued customers.

- While determining your size, we encourage for customers to use their best judgement as well as the size charts provided in the description of each product. (Size charts are an educated size suggestion based upon the information provided from our manufacturers on the products fabric, material, qualities, and fitting preferences)
- The fitting of items depends on the material, fabric, and qualities.
- Please be aware of your accurate size prior to purchase and follow size suggestions that are listed in each of our products description.
We encourage you to order your most comfortable size!
- Once an order is placed, processing takes 5-7 business days (NOT including weekends or holidays) THEN your order is shipped via the identified mail carrier.
- All orders placed after 3PM (Monday-Friday) will begin processing the next business day.
- All orders placed between 12AM-3PM (Monday-Friday) will begin to process the same day.
- All order placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Calendar Holidays will begin to process the next business day.
- Once an order is placed, processing takes 7-10 business days (Not including weekends) then the order is shipped via the identified mail carrier.
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
- Shipment will not arrive in customized 'Unofficial K' packaging.
- Switch out of sizes after an order is placed results in a $15 fee (per item).
- We're asking that patience is vauled when placing an order for 'preordered' items.
Please Note: *if the customer order consist of 'preorder' item(s) & the item(s) ordered appears to be in stock after the order was placed then the customer is not subject to receive the item that's in stock. The customer MUST wait until their 'preordered' item is delivered as stock items and pre-order items are two different inventories.
- After an order has processed, shipping normally takes 2-5 business days to be delivered (NOT including weekends or holidays). Majority of our orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered with your "everyday" mail. On occasion, your order will ship via DHL, FEDEX, or UPS. Please note: Shipping Times May Vary depending on your mail carrier, weather conditions, economic issues, etc.
Please keep in mind that all orders are processed & shipped the order that they are received. In the event that 'Unofficial K' cannot process or ship the order within the promised timeframe, a contact email & full refund will be provided to the customer.
RETURN TO SENDER:
- If shipment is returned to sender for any reason, customer is responsible for paying full amount of reship fee. If customer declines to pay reship fee, the amount of the total order (minus initial shipping cost) will convert to store credit. Unfortunately, refunds/cancellations are not valid for the described occasion. Reship Fee: $10
- After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation that details their order specifications.
- You will receive tracking information, via email, after your order has successfully processed & ready to ship.
- Once customer receives a tracking number and discover an issue with their package being delivered, please contact the identified mail carrier to resolve any shipment issues. Unfortunately, once an order has reached the shipping facility, Unofficial K is no longer responsible for the package.
Rest assured, all packages are insured by the identified mail carrier. As a customer, you have the right to file a claim with the identified mail carrier if any shipment issues occur.
- STOCK: General inventory regulated by the Unofficial K team.
- PRE-ORDER: Products are not included in the general inventory, however it is available for the customer to order. The 'preorder' of an item guarantees the product size, style, & color as pictured.
- ALL ITEMS/SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! However, if there is a defect in an item, the customer may exchange it for an item of equal value (STORE CREDIT ONLY). When exchanging an item, we encourage customers to try to get as close to your order amount as possible (excluding shipping fee) as cash refunds or money back are not granted.
In the event that products are approved for exchange/refund:
- Products MUST be returned in the condition it was first purchased (including tags & proper packaging). Orders will then be reviewed to determine eligibility status. Please allow at least 3-4 business days (after the 'Unofficial K' team has received the product) to be contacted regarding the status of your requested return.
- Customer have up to 36 hours after receiving the order, to contact 'Unofficial K' customer service with concerns regarding their purchase. After 36 hours of receiving the order (and failing to contact customer service), the order will no longer be eligible for Trade In, Exchange, Refund or Store Credit.
- When exchanging items, customers are only permitted to exchange for items that are in stock. Exchanging for 'preorder' items requires a $20 fee.
To avoid confusion, please do not return purchase(s) unless authorized to do so.
- Expires 60 calendar days after it is issued.
- Is not valid for the use of shipping cost.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
- All shoe sales are final. Not valid for cancellations/exchanges/refunds
- All clothing sales are final. Not valid for cancellations/exchanges/refunds
- All accessory sales are final. Not valid for cancellations/exchanges/refunds
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE SITE:
- All purchases made through the Website are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any transaction, per our discretion, and without liability to you or any third party.
- All membership purchases are non-refundable and are not valid for exchanges of service or products.
- Membership purchases may be cancelled, however all luxuries are discontinued immediately after membership is cancelled. Luxuries include (but is not limited to): free shipping & returns, priority processing, personal stylist calls, private shopping experience, membership discount codes, etc.
- If membership is paid for & cancelled immediately after (or any time after initial membership purchase), payment will continue to process. In this case, membership payment will also not qualify for refund, exchange of service or products.
- Memberships will renew monthly & will charge the card on file monthly, until the membership is manually cancelled by the customer. Cancellation can be initiated when the customer logs into their 'Unofficial K' account.
- Please review membership policy for full details on specific membership policy.
- By purchasing a membership, you are in agreement with monthly payment maintenance, the access to the luxuries that's included, as well as the store and membership policies.
- Failure to utilize & access the luxuries included with purchasing a membership will not validate for a refund of the paid membership, cancellation, or exchange of service/products.
- Customers are responsible for utilizing & accessing the luxuries that's included with purchasing a membership.
- Customers can redeem loyalty points on multiple occasions when shopping at Unofficial K.
- Redeemed points can convert into cash to go towards customer's purchase.
- Points are non-refundable.
- In the event that a product is returned/exchanged, points will not return to point bank.
